PROJECT BACKGROUND
The Luna Apartments will sit on the site of the old Luna Theater in downtown Lafayette. It will feature a fitness center, 98 dwelling units, on-site covered parking, and several first floor tenant spaces. Two rooftop patios will offer tenants places to relax, walk, or view the nearby Wabash River.
